Review | L'Oreal Paris Skin Perfection Moisturiser

Good Evening all you lovely people! Hope you have all had a good week so far. I can't believe it's already Friday...again. This time next week it will be December. How scary! I can't believe how fast this year has gone. I've got lots of lovely posts lined up for December. Most of which are Christmas themed. I think I am going to do a blogging version of 'vlogmas' (Yes I know that was cringe) so stay tuned for that. Lot's of exciting things heading your way. But before I give too much away, let's get into the point of this post.

A few weeks ago I went into Boots on the look out for a new face cream and I spotted this L'Oreal Skin Perfection Correcting Day Moisturizer.  I have never really been able to use a moisturizer that agrees with my skin and it is one of those things that frustrates me a lot. When I do my make up I always feel like it is incomplete as I don't feel it sits properly. In the last few weeks that has all changed thanks to this lovely product here. With £5 knocked off the original price I couldn't really leave it sitting in the store, so I bought it immediately.

First of all let's talk about the gorgeous packaging. As you can see from the photos above it is pink and comes in a glass jar. It's such a lovely classy product from the drugstore. The one downer to this is that it's not very travel friendly. But I can forgive that as the main product is just absolutely incredible and yes before I continue it's suited for all skin types. This is proven as the product has been tested on different ethnicities with all skin types.

As you can see from the packaging in the photos above, the main aim of this product is to refine skin texture, texture pores and also even and perfect skin tone. Quite a lot of promises there for a moisturizer however I have to say that I completely agree. I find that right now my skin is probably in such good condition and for Winter that is something that is extremely rare for me.

I find that my pores are less visible and that the texture of my skin has changed dramatically as well. Normally it would feel really rough and dry and used to make me really self conscious. Since using this my skin has become so amazingly soft and so smooth as well. When applying foundation over the top it just glides over the moisturizer with such ease. I couldn't think of a better base for my make up now that I've used this.

In conclusion this is the best moisturizer I have ever used. It does everything I need it to from combating dry patches, to providing a nice base for my make up. The packaging makes it feel like such a luxurious product and it's definitely become a staple to my dressing table, a skincare essential and a holy grail product. Like I've mentioned above I got this at £9.99. The original price is meant to be £14.99, however if you click this LINK you will find that you can still purchase it £5 cheaper than the original price at Boots. Total bargain! The next item I plan on testing will be the Miceller Water that I know is an extremely popular option amongst you bloggers. Yay or Nay?

Let me know your thoughts if you've tried this moisturizer or if you plan on trying this moisturizer be sure to report back with your thoughts!

Hugs and Kisses

    1. It's honestly incredible! I was torn between this and the vichy life idealia serum I saw on your blog but chose to go with this as it's cheaper and I'm glad I did! Such a lovely moisturizer! Looking forward to reading your thoughts on this same product :) xx
